Region: Yarra Valley

Aroma: Aromas of pears and apples overlaid with rose petals followed by hints of musk and spice.

Palate: Luscious pear and ripe red apple flavours fill the mouth with some rose petal, honey, lees characters and spice also evident. Quite full and well rounded texturally with a crisp finish.

Body: Lighter

Time in Barrel: Stainless Steel

Alcohol: 13.5% alc/vol
